Metro Online offers Open Box Delivery for grocery items which means you have the option to verify quality and completeness of the order at the time of delivery and return anything which you do not like. You can return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase except for fresh items as per Company terms and Conditions.

For how long does my money in the Gift Voucher stay valid?
The money in your Gift Voucher stays valid till one month.
If I have made a pre-payment for my order and some of the articles have been skipped, how will I get my money back?
In case of pre-paid orders with skipped articles, your money will be refunded to you in the form of Gift Vouchers, that will be shared to you via Email which can be used later for other order.
